Well, it’s been a while since I’ve written a few words on here…got to say I’ve been quite busy but the fund is still going. Unfortunately, there are been none of the major fundraisers that have usually been taking place to ensure that the LCEF is thriving; nonetheless, we have been able to give financial assistance to every couriers who contacted us with a claim so far this year.

So thank you to everyone who has supported us in 2016.

Every donation, however small, contributes to helping cycle couriers, who are injured whilst at work. The bulk of our revenues come from the sale of our merchandise. We have done fantastically well over the summer at the CMWC in Paris and raised over £3.000.

We will also be waiting for the outcome of the court case lead by the IWGB Union regarding the employment status of cycling couriers in London.
